Delete your KiloMate account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from the app or the website.

In the app

1. Open KiloMate (the iPhone or Android app, or kilomate.com.au/app) and sign in.
2. Tap the gear in the top right, then Your account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your food and drink log, lifts, check-ins, progress photos, saved foods, step challenge entries, shared meals and the account itself are deleted straight away. Our database backups are kept for up to 7 days, so a deleted account is fully gone from them within a week. If you'd like a copy first, use Download my data on the same screen.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@kilomate.com.au from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 7 days and confirm by email.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your Apple or Google subscription settings so you aren't charged again.
